Services

Plants For Friends provides interior plantscaping design, installation, and maintenance in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. Specific scope, schedule, and pricing are defined in your individual proposal or service agreement, which governs if it differs from these terms.

Our guarantee

We guarantee the health of plants under an active maintenance plan: if a plant we installed and maintain declines despite proper site conditions, we replace or refresh it at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover damage from third parties, relocation by others, or site conditions outside agreed parameters (extended darkness, HVAC failure, and similar).

Scheduling & access

Maintenance visits follow the agreed schedule; we coordinate building access with you. Missed access on a scheduled visit may require rescheduling.

Payment

Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Ongoing maintenance is billed at the agreed monthly rate.

Liability

We carry insurance for our work; our liability is limited to the value of services provided. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
